Job summary

Qualifications

• Civil, electrical or mechanical engineer with 2–5 years in solution development from concept and R&D through engineering to commercialization.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to support technical sales activities, translating complex technical concepts into practical and commercially attractive solutions.
• Ability to independently develop concepts and drive initiatives forward with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in uncertain and fast-changing environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable solution development of Critical Protection Solutions from concept and R&D through commercialization.
• Translate customer needs and technical concepts into actionable development plans and product requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and external partners to guide development activities, evaluating alternatives and making sound decisions.
• Support and drive technical sales, customer engagement, and proposal preparation.
