We are looking for a seasoned Software Architect to join our Helsinki team.

About the Role

A growing share of our work is AI-native: agentic workflows, LLM-backed services, and the platform work that makes them dependable in production — including our own agentic UX platform, Paimen AI. Paimen™ assembles the interface around what a user is actually trying to do, which makes an architect's instinct for allow-lists, guardrails and audit trails matter more, not less. You do not need to arrive as an AI specialist — but you should be curious about how these systems change the shape of an architecture, and honest about what they cost to run.

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Ability to design and develop web systems and cloud solutions using modern open-source technologies
• A track record of building software and cloud architectures that are scalable, secure and efficient
