Job summary

Nortal,Emerging studio in Finland, is seeking a Senior AI-Driven Software Engineer to join us on a journey to build better software, faster, and rethink how software teams operate.

You will design cloud-native applications, APIs, and integrations for leading Finnish industry and energy companies, applying AI-driven development practices and hands-on with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building cloud-native apps and APIs.
• Strong C#/.NET programming skills.
• Experience with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Container Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, CI/CD).
• Understanding of how AI can improve software development workflows.
• Willingness to adopt new development paradigms and work with English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud-native applications, APIs, and integrations for Finnish industry and energy companies.
• Apply AI-driven development practices in real client projects.
• Work hands-on with modern AI coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Contribute to redefining software development ways of working.
• Build and improve DevOps pipelines and IaC solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams from design to production.
