Job summary

Fohntech Group is seeking a Site Manager/Ducting Installation Supervisor based in Helsinki, Finland, with a rotation plan (3 weeks on, 1 week off). The role covers supervision of duct installation activities from planning through completion, coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on site.

You will manage on-site QEHS, lead duct teams, ensure programme and budget compliance, and maintain thorough site documentation while liaising with Contracts Manager for

• 2+ years’ experience in ventilation duct installation supervision.
• Located in Finland with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all duct installation works on site.

• Management of QEHS on-site.
• Managing relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants and Clients.
• Problem solving and decision making in collaboration with Contracts Manager on site matters.

• Maintaining site documentation in orderly and accurate manner.

Fohntech group are looking for Site Manager/ Ducting Installation Supervisor in Helsinki with rotation plan 3 weeks on 1 week off.

The Ducting Installation Supervisor will be responsible for delivering all aspects of a project under his or her control from planning through implementation through to final account stage. Manage site teams and liaising with all site personnel including Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants and Clients.
