Job summary

Fohntech Group in Helsinki seeks a Site Manager to oversee end-to-end installation of mechanical ventilation for large-scale data centres. You will lead site supervisors, coordinate with clients, and manage project budgets and schedules.

You will ensure QA/QC, safety compliance, and robust commissioning from Level 2 to Level 3, while maintaining clear communications with senior management through regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical site management delivering large-scale HVAC packages.
• Minimum 2 years on data centre projects, cleanrooms, pharma, or industrial high-tech facilities.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, Building Services, or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site ventilation supervisors and subcontractors to align with the project schedule.
• Coordinate day-to-day installation activities with site supervisors.
• Conduct progress meetings with clients, supervisors, and subcontractors to review targets and material deliveries.
• Report project progress and risks to senior management.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures, including testing and commissioning of ventilation systems.
