WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site position. You will lead daily shift operations, support the team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining wash quality.

The role offers paid training, performance bonuses, and opportunities for promotion within a fast-growing company. The starting pay is $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with flexible scheduling and benefits including insurance and retirement options.

Competenze

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
