Job summary

Nilfisk Oy is growing its aftermarket and seeks a skilled service technician for a permanent role in Vantaa. The candidate will service pressure washers and cleaning machines, support customers with usage guidance, and work at both the Vantaa shop and at client sites in the Uusimaa region.

You should have experience in servicing similar equipment, a customer‑oriented mindset, team spirit, good English, computer literacy, a B driving license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines.
• Good attitude toward developing customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to cooperate as a team member and develop in the field.
• Understanding of English; maintenance materials are mainly in English.
• You are computer literate and hold a valid B driving license.
• Willingness to travel within the Uusimaa region.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and maintenance on pressure washers and cleaning equipment.

Nilfisk Oy is developing and growing its aftermarket strongly. To support this development, we are now looking for a skilled service technician for a permanent employment relationship.

Job description:

Success in this position requires experience in servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines or other similar equipment. Your work will be varied, you will work as part of the Vantaa service team, some of your work will take place at the Vantaa repair shop and some at customers’ premises in the Uusimaa region. Your workday will include customer service, such as providing customers with instructions on how to use the machines.

We expect from you:

• experience in servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines
• a good attitude towards developing customer service and customer satisfaction
• ability to cooperate as a team member and a desire to develop in the field
• understanding of English, as all maintenance material is mainly in English.
• you are computer literate
• you have at least a B driving license
• willingness to travel

Tehtävän kuvaus:

Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää kokemusta painepesurien ja siivouskoneiden tai muiden vastaavien laitteiden huoltotöistä. Työsi on vaihtelevaa, toimit osana Vantaan huoltotiimiä, osa työstäsi tapahtuu Vantaan korjaamolla ja osa asiakkaiden tiloissa Uudenmaan alueella. Työpäivääsi kuuluu asiakaspalvelua, kuten koneiden käyttöopastusta asiakkaalla.

• hyvää asennetta asiakaspalvelun ja asiakastyytyväisyyden kehittämiseen
