Job summary

The Walt Disney Company Nordic AB is seeking a Senior Core Systems Engineer to lead and optimize engine systems across Unreal Engine and UEFN, with a focus on performance and reliability for global audiences.

You will work remotely within the Nordic region, collaborate with engineers, designers and producers, and contribute to cross-team tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable core infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience with C++ and Unreal Engine across engine/tools development.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers, and producers across disciplines.
• Proven ability to optimize complex systems for performance and reliability.
