Job summary

Veolia Finland is seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to join the Technical Office in Espoo, Finland. The role focuses on supporting Veolia’s growth across Finland and the Nordics by delivering expert technical guidance to operations and projects.

You will collaborate with the Business Development team and site operations, driving performance improvements and operational excellence across multiple sites and projects.

Qualifications

Strong motivation to help Veolia grow in Finland and the Nordics.
Extensive (10+) experience in energy production, chemical industry and utility processes.
University degree in Energy, Process, Chemical Engineering, or similar field.
Analytical and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support and guidance to operations and projects.
Lead complex troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives.
Support development and implementation of efficiency improvement initiatives.
Participate in bid preparation and guide technical evaluations.
Lead conceptual design and feasibility studies.
Lead technical performance analyses, reviews and audits.
