Qualifications

• Deep conceptual and hands-on understanding of Apache Kafka.
• Fluency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Proven experience in technology sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
• Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Google, or Azure).
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and partners succeed by building successful relationships.
• Develop a deep technical understanding of the customer’s operational models.
• Assist with operational planning and risk management.
• Act as a conduit into Aiven’s Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams.
• Conduct regular reviews on incidents and security vulnerabilities.
