Job summary

Hyperion Robotics is building advanced 3D concrete printing systems to make construction more sustainable, scalable, and intelligent. We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Espoo, Finland, to own structural packages from concept through to DoP and CE marking.

You will lead design and analysis, use GSA or FEM tools, CAD/Rhino, and collaborate across robotics, production, and sales to deliver reliable, standards-compliant prefabricated elements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or closely related field.
• Experience in structural design and analysis, independent at senior level.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (GSA or FEM) and CAD/Rhino/Grasshopper.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis of prefab printed elements and reinforcement layouts.
• Author and validate calculation reports and documentation packages.
• Perform detailed structural calculations including load paths and soil-structure interaction.
• Update Hyperion’s structural catalogue and 3D-printable products.
• Own structural work packages across R&D and client projects; mentor juniors.
