Job summary

Nortal in Finland is seeking an AI-Driven Architect to design target architectures, guide modernization, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions. You may spend part of your week on-site with customer stakeholders.

You will apply AI-driven development practices, reverse engineer legacy systems, and contribute to pre-sales and thought leadership. The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to grow across Nortal's AI offerings.

Qualifications

Experience in developing enterprise-level applications and integrations.
Ability to translate business needs into architectural solutions.
Understanding of enterprise architecture and modernization of complex landscapes.
Experience with AI-driven SDLC/PDLC practices is a plus.
Hands-on programming with cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with customers to understand goals, tech landscape, and modernization opportunities.
Design enterprise-grade solutions and target architectures to enable long-term transformation.
Apply AI-driven approaches to accelerate delivery and produce AI solutions.
Use AI-assisted reverse engineering to analyze legacy systems and uncover business logic.
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, architects, developers, and customer teams.
Lead the development team by example to ensure quality delivery.
Contribute to pre-sales activities, mentoring, and thought leadership.
