Job summary

Jobtailor in Helsinki is seeking an experienced senior full-stack engineer to build scalable gamification features for our cybersecurity training platform. You will own frontend and backend work using TypeScript, React, Node.js and MongoDB to deliver end-to-end capabilities across multi-channel simulations.

You will join a fast-moving team and be expected to ship impactful features within the first 90 days, while shaping architecture for massive scale and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable, highly reliable full-stack features for the gamification platform
• Develop innovative ways to train users on evolving cybersecurity threats

• Become productive in the technology stack and ship features within the first 90 days
• Drive significant end-to-end projects and contribute to architectural decisions by month six
• Serve as a trusted technical owner within the team
