Job summary

Hoxhunt in Helsinki is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to ship end-to-end features across the stack (TypeScript/Node.js, React) and help shape a product focused on human risk management. You will own architecture, collaborate with a small autonomous team, and drive technical decisions with data-backed impact.

You will evaluate tradeoffs, mentor peers, and contribute to a high-velocity, AI-enabled product in a hybrid work setting with weekly Helsinki office visits.

Qualifications

• Shipped scalable products end-to-end
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Fluent in TypeScript, Node.js and SQL databases
• Experience with AI coding tools or related setup

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from scope to production
• Lead architecture and development of systems; perform code reviews and mentoring
• Balance user needs and business impact using data-driven approaches
• Collaborate across frontend and backend to deliver the product effectively
