Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd in Finland seeks a Professional Scheduler / Project Planner to oversee project baselines through completion, acting as owner’s representative. You will support Business Unit Directors, engage with customers, and ensure PM/Programme deliverables meet requirements.

You will develop schedules with input from project teams and contractors, manage change orders, and provide narrative schedule updates to stakeholders.

Formación

• 8+ years of scheduling/project control experience on construction projects.
• Expert knowledge of P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ICT skills, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee establishing initial project baseline through to completion as owner’s representative.
• Support Directors in delivering business objectives and maintain customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with input from team and contractors.
• Analyze schedules, track float, and assess change orders to ensure scheduling compliance.
• Provide narrative schedule updates to project team and stakeholders.
