Job summary

Gleeds is seeking an experienced Professional Scheduler / Project Planner to oversee baseline development and project scheduling, acting as owner's representative. The role requires leading schedule development with project teams and contractors, delivering high-quality progress reporting, and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

You will engage with customers, support business objectives, and interface with site management on critical activities, changes, and claims analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of scheduling/project control experience on construction projects.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ICT skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules with input from project team and contractors.
• Facilitate schedule baselines, updates, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
