Job summary

Linesight seeks a Senior Project Manager for Data Center Construction to lead on-site projects in Forssa, Finland. You will ensure safe work practices, coordinate with client, consultant and contractor teams, and actively monitor progress and snagging activities.

Ideal candidates will bring PM experience in controlled environments, a construction background, and a track record as a strong communicator who fosters collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in a clean room, lab or adjacent environment with office fit.
• PM certification or pursuing one.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Strong relationship builder with team and clients, promoting openness and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement project procedures and ensure continuous observation of these procedures.
