Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of product ownership, product management, or lifecycle management for simulation platforms or engineering apps.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to define a vision and roadmap, manage a backlog, and guide delivery from discovery through adoption.
• Experience translating complex needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Experience managing technical platforms, including integrations, releases, and support.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the platform vision, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle plan.
• Prioritize demand based on business value, user impact, cost, risk, and feasibility.
• Translate user needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release goals.
• Guide work from discovery through validation, release, adoption, and improvement.
• Oversee platform performance, integrations, upgrades, security, and compliance.
• Govern simulation data, licenses, access rights, and vendor services.
