Job summary

KONE is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Engineering Workflows in Espoo, Finland. You will own the product design within KONE IT, collaborating with stakeholders across Customer Solutions Engineering, Supply Chain and global user networks to deliver best-in-class digital experiences and drive engineering efficiency.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, defining roadmaps, refining backlogs and measuring value through KPIs, while applying agile and DevOps practices to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years IT development experience.
• Experience in IT governance and financial management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps and backlogs for Engineering Workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business lines to influence and prioritize需求.
• Set up product KPIs and monitor performance.
