Job summary

KONE is seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation in Espoo, Finland. This strategic role focuses on leading transformation programs within People & Communications, aligning stakeholders across regions and ensuring measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in strategic problem solving and transformation management.
• Experience in management consulting or complex business change.
• Ability to turn ambiguous topics into clear plans and progress.
• Experience in international, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate transformation priorities into decision-ready project plans with scope, milestones, owners and KPIs.
• Lead E&T and P&C transformation programs from planning to adoption, benefit tracking and impact review.
• Support integration planning across workstreams, surface interdependencies and people implications.
• Facilitate P&C LT meetings, workshops and sessions to yield clear decisions and actions.
• Prepare executive materials, agendas, and proposals to support senior leaders’ decisions.
• Build lightweight scorecards to track transformation progress and value realization.
• Drive stakeholder alignment to accelerate implementation and adoption.
