Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management for digital B2C products.
• Experience owning a digital product end-to-end.
• Strong discovery, roadmap ownership and agile delivery.
• Data-driven with metrics for product decisions.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, goals and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Translate needs into clear problems, requirements and priorities.
• Lead product discovery using customer insights and market data.
• Prioritise initiatives based on value, impact and effort.
• Maintain a clear backlog with understood priorities.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and others.
• Define and track product and commercial KPIs.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities and improve the product.
• Manage dependencies, risks and blockers to keep delivery on track.
• Act as key product contact across teams and stakeholders.
