Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Senior Engineer, Process Engineering in Helsinki to join their Global R&D Process Engineering Program. In this role, you will develop innovative semiconductor technologies and engage in hands-on work with advanced processing equipment.

Initially, you will undergo a comprehensive development program, followed by relocation to an ASM R&D center in Japan, Korea, or the U.S. You will be involved in optimizing processes focusing on cutting-edge semiconductor applications.

Qualifications

• 0–7+ years of experience in deposition techniques like ALD and CVD.
• Experience with materials characterization methods.
• Training in computational fluid dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize semiconductor processes for deposition of films.
• Conduct experiments and analyze outputs using Design of Experiments.
• Draft technical papers on advanced applications and process solutions.
