Job summary

Neste's Renewables Processes team in Porvoo, Finland, invites a (Senior) Process Development Engineer to join our global technology leadership. You will develop safe, feasible process concepts and support growth of SAF production, collaborating across sites in Finland, the Netherlands and Singapore.

You will contribute to process design, modelling and techno-economic evaluations, lead project teams when needed, and help advance renewable feedstock processing with a strong safety culture and

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering required, proven expertise in process development.
• Experience in oil refining, petrochemicals or chemicals is preferred.
• Interest and motivation for digitalization and AI in process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise to production site development initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to early-phase concept creation and process design through later stages of projects.
• Support R&D in experimental and pilot testing design.
• Collaborate with a global network of process engineers, R&D specialists and other disciplines to achieve Neste’s goals.
