Job summary

Sogeti Finland is seeking a Power Platform consultant to design and deliver value-driven solutions for client projects. You will join client teams on-site in the Helsinki region, taking ownership from design to production deployment and applying governance, data models, and Dataverse usage.

Fluency in Finnish and English, strong consulting skills, and certifications at Associate or Expert level are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience in production.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Code Apps, Power BI, Process Mining, Databricks, and Fabric.
• Experience taking responsibility from design to production deployment.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Certifications at Associate or Expert level in Power Platform and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Power Platform practices, environments management, Dataverse usage, data models, and Power Platform features.

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, with preference for experience in Copilot Studio, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate Desktop.
• Leveraging experience with Code Apps, Power BI, and Process Mining, as well as data skills with Databricks and Fabric.
• Building a broad automation and AI mindset to help succeed in projects that may involve Azure AI solutions or modernization of RPA implementations.
• Having strong Power Platform expertise across both UI and other functionality, with at least three years in production environments and experience taking responsibility from design to production deployment.
• Providing consulting experience and the ability to work at client interfaces, with fluency in Finnish and English.
• Applying knowledge of Power Platform practices, environments management, Dataverse usage, data models, and Power Platform features.
• Holding certifications at Associate or Expert level in Power Platform and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Working collaboratively in a low‑hierarchy team culture and engaging in continuous learning through a global learning platform.
• Participating in opportunities for sports and hobbies with colleagues such as floorball, basketball, skiing, and board games.
