Job summary

Bravida Finland Oy is seeking experienced professionals to join our complex project environment across Finland in permanent full-time roles. You will lead delivery from design to commissioning, owning schedule, cost, quality, and safety while coordinating with stakeholders and subcontractors on demanding construction and critical infrastructure projects.

We value a technical degree, at least 5 years in contracting, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in contracting, with project or site management.
• Experience in large-scale construction, data centers or critical infra.
• Strong ability to manage complex systems (availability, redundancy, safety).
• Solid PM/site management skills: risk, change, financial control, contracts, resourcing, leadership.
• Ability to work independently and take full accountability.
• Knowledge of Finnish regulations in the field.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from design to commissioning with responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, safety.
• Coordinate complex stakeholder environments and subcontractors.
• Travel according to project needs.
