Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Payments Proposition & Go-to-Market Expert to own end-to-end commercial outcomes across the Nordics. You will frame opportunities, design propositions, build business cases and lead launches with cross-functional teams in a dynamic banking environment.

You will shape product priorities and execution, align senior stakeholders, and enable growth across Cash Management, Trade & Working Capital Solutions, and Cards & Wallets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financing within payments, cash management or trade.
• Proven track record of creating customer-led value propositions and bringing offerings to market.
• Strong understanding of corporate payment needs and commercial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive differentiated value propositions for priority payment, cash management and trade opportunities.
• Translate needs and market dynamics into clear commercial decisions and playbooks.
• Design Nordic go-to-market strategies including packaging, pricing and launch orchestration.
• Build robust business cases with metrics for revenue, adoption and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Strategy and Technology.
• Shape roadmaps reflecting customer demand and go-to-market requirements.
• Develop executive-level recommendations and compelling narratives.
• Track performance post-launch and refine propositions with data.
