Job summary

Kesko Oyj seeks a Manager of Network and Voice Services to lead end-to-end network engagements across multiple business units in a hybrid Helsinki setup. You will drive service quality, vendor governance, and ongoing improvements to support Kesko Group’s modern retail network.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage budgets, and contribute to network design, architecture, and security operations. A degree in a relevant field and hands-on project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor / service provider service management.
• Understanding of network technologies and related projects.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or at least 3 years working experience from ICT (esp. network area).
• Experience in participating and preferably even leading network related projects.

Responsibilities

• Quality of network services deliveries and SLA fulfillment.
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders in business, business IT and real estate units.
• Close budget and cost follow up of the services.
• Development of service delivery and vendor management practices.
• Validating and overseeing service provider actions to meet quality standards.
• Documentation, CMDB-data, asset and lifecycle management.
