Job summary

Wunderdog is looking for an experienced Mobile Developer to join our team in Oulu. You will primarily focus on mobile development while collaborating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure disciplines. You will ship code within client teams and help expand Wunderdog’s mobile capabilities with pragmatic AI-informed approaches.

Fluency in Finnish and English is expected, and you should be comfortable navigating a variety of tech stacks to deliver solid software foundations.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Developer to join us in Oulu. While your core expertise is in mobile development, software development at Wunderdog covers the complete technological spectrum: frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, testing, and CI/CD. We value developers who understand the bigger picture and can work confidently across different parts of the stack, though you don't need to be a master of everything.

Our client projects span different industries, because software engineering fundamentals are the same whether you're moving packages, money, or people.

You need to be fluent in AI Native software development so you can help teams adopt practices that demonstrably increase their productivity. Interest in AI is expected, and we value down‑earth pragmatism in how you apply it. Results today matter more to us than promises of future revolutions.

Consulting for us means shipping and helping teams get the ball rolling when they're stuck. You propose solutions and write the code to prove they work. You will be working as part of our client teams and can also lead Wunderdog's entry into new clients. You build trust through your work. You speak fluent Finnish and English.
