Job summary

Thor seeks an experienced Mechanical QA/QC Engineer to support delivery of mechanical and plumbing systems on two large-scale data centre projects. The role ensures works meet drawings, specifications, standards and quality requirements, coordinating with construction, commissioning, subcontractor and client teams to manage inspections, testing and handover.

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years QA/QC in mechanical construction or MEP, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years' QA/QC experience in mechanical construction or MEP projects.
• Experience on data centre, industrial, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC processes and inspection plans for mechanical and plumbing works.
• Review drawings, specifications, ITPs, and related QA documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality surveillance of mechanical installations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain full traceability of inspections and quality records.
