Job summary

Breagh Recruitment seeks a QA/QC Engineer for a data centre construction project in Espoo, Finland. You will own QA/QC across mechanical and electrical works on site, driving compliance, audits, and documentation to ensure defect-free delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in QA/QC within construction or MEP, and a strong grasp of ITPs, inspections, and quality systems. You will collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to uphold high standards and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ QA/QC experience in construction or MEP environments.
• Proven experience on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, ITPs, and inspection processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety standards align with quality procedures and site requirements.
• Plan and carry out quality audits, inspections, and testing across MEP works.
• Monitor programme milestones to maintain quality throughout sequencing and delivery.
• Review and approve subcontractor quality plans and documentation.
• Oversee installation quality across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to project specifications.
