Job summary

BCG Platinion in the Nordics seeks a Manager to execute and manage national and international client IT projects. You will collaborate with BCG Platinion teams on site and with client companies, structuring projects, planning resources, and delivering strategic IT solutions.

You will lead teams, build business cases, and present results to senior client stakeholders, shaping IT strategies with technical rigor and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related area with above-average grades.
• Eight+ years of IT consulting experience in leading IT strategy and implementation projects.
• Experience as lead of teams with more than five people.
• Ability to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases.
• Ability to steer decisions and manage escalations in complex structures.
• Experience acquiring consulting projects.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Structure the project and perform resource planning.
• Lead and navigate project members and contribute operationally.
• Develop IT strategies, concepts, and solutions with technical know-how.
