Qualifications

Experience installing, commissioning and diagnosing complex integrated systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently.
Excellent customer-facing communication and remote support skills.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting for complex integrated systems.
Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues in the field.
Provide onboard and remote technical support to customers and partners.
Deliver technical training and guidance to customers and OEMs.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex field issues.
Mentor and support other technicians across the team.
Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and service delivery.
