Job summary

Nordea, a leading Nordic bank, seeks an Information Architect to drive strategic data deliveries in LC&I Data Management. You will shape metadata and information models for business objectives, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and apply AI-driven automation to streamline processes.

This role requires deep data governance knowledge and regulatory awareness. The candidate will work within a hybrid model, engage with multiple business areas, and contribute to a sustainable data architecture

Qualifications

• Strong background in data management and governance.
• Fluent in English (professional level).
• Master's degree preferred in related technical field or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-organizational collaboration with diverse stakeholders to develop metadata and information models.
• Drive Data Product deliveries by influencing stakeholders and building consensus.
• Coordinate alignment across LC&I and Group Functions including Group Technology, GDM and Group Architecture.
• Develop and implement AI agents to automate manual-heavy processes.
• Leverage data domain knowledge to design robust information architectures for business objectives.
• Develop data standards and information models for Markets data while ensuring cross-domain alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Support change leadership by guiding stakeholders through new tools and methodologies under tight timelines.
