Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA is seeking an Information Architect to drive strategic data initiatives in LC&I Data Management. You will collaborate with business Leads, technology teams and data SMEs to develop robust information models, standards and AI-powered automation solutions that enhance data quality for regulatory and business needs.

The role requires strong data governance expertise, stakeholder influence and experience with financial data domains.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data management, governance, analytics and automation.
• Fluent in English (professional level).
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives through influence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-organizational collaboration with diverse stakeholders to develop metadata and information models.
• Influence stakeholders to drive Data Product deliveries without formal authority.
• Coordinate alignment across LC&I Business Areas, Group Technology, Group Architecture and related functions.
• Develop and implement AI agents to automate manual-heavy processes.
• Apply deep knowledge of LC&I data domains to design robust information architectures.
• Develop data standards and models for Markets data subject areas with regulatory alignment.
• Support change leadership during adoption of new tools and methodologies under tight timelines.
