Job summary

Nordea is renewing its KYC processes within Financial Crime Prevention, seeking an Enterprise Architect and Service Domain Architecture Lead based in Finland and Poland. You will define target architectures for KYC, drive roadmaps, and ensure alignment with Nordea and FCP standards while collaborating with business and technology leaders.

The role emphasizes architecture governance, stakeholder management, and delivering high-level designs and artefacts to enable AI, data, and modernization

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architecture experience.
• Experience with large organizations.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level solution approaches and produce architecture deliverables (principles, standards, target and transition architecture artefacts, high-level designs, roadmaps).
• Drive solution design and data integration with other service areas and domains ensuring reusability and alignment with technology and data group strategy.
• Participate and drive architecture governance forums, steering solution design work.
• Document architecture decisions, and ensure transparent architecture processes.
• Provide advisory, concept development, and proof-of-concepts for new initiatives in collaboration with solution architects.
