You will collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams, design scalable distributed systems, and mentor peers on best practices.

The role demands 7+ years of software engineering, strong Go production experience, and expertise with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of building and scaling complex systems.
• 2+ years of production experience in Golang, with ability to mentor others and promote best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, especially Cassandra.
• Solid understanding of designing and operating low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to ship features for internal support agents globally.
• Design systems that are scalable, resilient and easy to maintain.
• Lead and contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions.
• Write well-tested code and help maintain high code quality standards.
