Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Golang/Python Backend Software Engineer for the Marketing Technology team to help scale campaigns and consent platforms. The role emphasizes building internal services using Golang and Python, with exposure to Postgres, Spark, and data pipelines in a production Kubernetes/AWS environment.

You will collaborate with marketing and analytics stakeholders, own projects end-to-end, and work across teams in Helsinki or Berlin with a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building APIs with Golang or Python.
• Familiarity with grpc, FastAPI, Echo, PostgreSQL, and Spark.
• Willingness to own and operate scalable software services in production on Kubernetes in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop a centralized consent platform enabling teams to create and deploy compliant experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product leads and other teams to drive projects from idea to production.
• Maintain and expand existing services and design new ones for marketing tech initiatives.
