Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications across identification services, feedback, media bank, and store marketing.

You will mentor junior developers, craft secure, high-performance back-end services and APIs, design robust databases, and build modern front-end interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 remote) in Helsinki.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of complex web applications
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
• Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces
• Design and implement robust back-end services and APIs
• Own database design, performance tuning, and data integrity
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with Product, UX, DevOps, and QA teams
• Drive technical decisions and participate in solution design discussions
• Ensure high standards of security, reliability, and maintainability
