Job summary

Verda, headquartered in Helsinki with a global footprint, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own and continuously improve the financial model that underpins fundraising, investor reporting, and capital planning. You will partner with the CFO and finance team to ensure numbers and narratives stay ahead of the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a scale-up environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience building and maintaining three-statement models.
• Comfort working across multiple currencies and legal entities.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for executive and board-level audiences.
• Strong analytical rigor combined with sound commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously develop Verda's consolidated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) across our legal entities and currencies
• Maintain cash flow forecasts that guide the company's liquidity and capacity planning
• Build the scenarios behind key strategic decisions, including new cluster deployments across our European data centers, contract mix (contracted vs. on-demand), and financing structures
• Provide analysis and support on high-impact projects, from capital markets initiatives to fundraising strategy
• Prepare comprehensive reports and narratives for Verda's executives and Board of Directors, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning documents
