Job summary

Vivicta is seeking an AI Architect to design and deliver production‑grade AI solutions for enterprise customers. This hands‑on role spans LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and multi‑cloud architectures, with a focus on secure, compliant, and scalable deployments.

You will guide customers from concept to production, shaping architecture, governance, and delivery practices while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in AI, ML, data platforms, cloud or software architecture.
• Strong track record delivering production‑ready AI or data‑driven systems.
• Proficiency in Python and hands‑on AI application development.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, prompts, evaluation, and AI apps.
• Experience with orchestration patterns/frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud AI/ML platform (Azure/SageMaker/Vertex).
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, observability, and production operations.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to sales, pre‑sales, RFPs, or customer workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and ML.
• Build AI applications that reason, plan, and interact with tools to support business workflows.
• Shape scalable AI architectures across Azure, AWS, GCP, and multi‑cloud environments.
• Establish best practices for MLOps, LLMOps, evaluation, and governance.
• Guide customers from concept to production, balancing security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to Vivicta’s AI capabilities and reference architectures for faster delivery.
• Support sales and proposals by translating customer needs into credible AI concepts and plans.
• Act as a senior advisor to customers, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders.
