Job summary

Vivicta in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an Intelligent Automation Architect who loves translating customer needs into automated, measurable value. You will join our Intelligent Automation practice and work with modern technologies to boost efficiency across industries.

As a billable consultant and trusted advisor, you will develop automation roadmaps, drive governance and change initiatives, evaluate technologies, and partner with global teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Intelligent Automation.
• Background in consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership.
• Experience with presales and sales within automation services.
• Expertise in RPA, process mining, modeling and automation architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation roadmaps and action plans for the local market with the global Intelligent Automation team.
• Drive business cases, governance models, change management, and process optimization initiatives.
• Analyze and introduce new automation and AI technologies within business contexts.
• Evaluate and select optimal technologies for scalable enterprise automation solutions.
• Act as a thought leader in Intelligent Automation for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with market units, customer teams, and sales organizations.
• Contribute to both short-term and long-term business growth within the Intelligent Automation area.
• Participate in customer engagements as a billable consultant.
• Build and expand networks with customers and partners to support business growth.
• Contribute to the global development of Intelligent Automation offerings.
