Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead large engineering teams and directly manage engineering managers and top engineers. You will provide technical input on new business ideas and collaborate with senior leadership up to the C-level to shape the technical roadmap.

You will drive cross-team initiatives, own major projects, and mentor talent to grow leaders within the organization. A passion for scalable, elegant system design is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in engineering management and 10+ years in software engineering.
• Experience managing large engineering teams (25+ people).
• Experience hiring and developing engineering managers from within the company.
• Experience communicating to C-level executives.
