Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior software development or architecture roles.
• Experience in project leadership (e.g. Scrum Master or team lead).
• Fluency in English; Finnish is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile software development team with hands‑on coding and architecture guidance.
• Define system architecture with customers and build PoCs, then ramp up full‑scale development.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions and implement collaboratively with the team.
• Work across domains such as industrial automation and autonomous vehicles to build robust systems.
