Insta Group Oy in Tampere-area is seeking a Lead Developer who blends hands-on coding with architecture leadership. You will guide an agile team, define system architecture with customers, build proofs-of-concept, and ramp up full-scale development, collaborating across domains from automation to autonomous vehicles.

You’ll mentor others, own technical delivery, and work in a flexible hybrid model that may include 1-2 on-site days per week near Pirkanmaa, while occasionally engaging remotely

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in senior software development or architecture.
Experience in leading projects (e.g., Scrum Master or team lead).
Fluency in English; Finnish is considered a plus.
Proficiency with C++ and Linux.

Responsibilities

Define system architecture with customers and deliver proofs-of-concept.
Lead agile software development and mentor team members.
Translate customer needs into technical solutions and implement them with the team.
Contribute across domains like automation, heavy machinery, and autonomous vehicles.
