Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the design and delivery of high-reliability mixed-signal electronics for satellite platforms. This hands-on technical leadership role owns critical hardware systems and influences long-term engineering direction.

You will lead design, validation, and qualification for space-grade electronics, drive architecture decisions, and mentor engineers within a cross-functional hardware team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electronics engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or mission-critical environments.
• Strong background in board-level design including schematics, PCB layout, bring-up, and validation.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with system-level impact.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (BSc/MSc/PhD).
• Experience with radiation effects, thermal constraints, and in-orbit operations.
• Experience with Python or scripting in Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, validation, and qualification of mixed-signal electronics for space applications.
• Own hardware systems end-to-end, from concept through testing, manufacturing, and in-orbit performance.
• Drive system architecture decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and mission success.
• Coordinate cross-functional development activities across engineering disciplines.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices in hardware design, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the lifecycle, including development, production, and on-orbit anomalies.
• Use data and industry insights to inform design decisions and improve system performance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to building a high-performing hardware team.
