Job summary

ICEYE in Espoo is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer to support qualification of satellite hardware and to develop test equipment. You will participate in AIT activities for next-generation satellite platforms and collaborate with the Electronics & RF Test Team on design validation.

The role requires a BSc/MSc in Electronic Engineering and 3+ years in testing, with strong lab skills, data analysis, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electronic Engineering or similar field.
• 3+ years in testing, test automation and electronics.
• Experience as an electronics test or design engineer.
• Experience with a range of lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, RF tools).
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a multicultural setting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design qualification plans for power, digital and mixed-signal electronics.
• Document test procedures, results and assembly procedures.
• Conduct qualification tests and analyze data.
• Perform root-cause analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to designers and contribute to test hardware/software design.
• Design EGSE, data acquisition systems and custom test equipment.
