Job summary

Comatec is seeking an experienced electrical designer to support marine propulsion and control systems within a global engineering team in Finland. You will create electrical schematics in EPLAN, prepare cabling diagrams, and maintain technical documentation in line with IEC/IEEE standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience designing projects using EPLAN.
• Knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural project environment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical schematics using EPLAN.
• Prepare cabling diagrams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation per applicable standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to development and improvement of internal electrical engineering processes.
