Job summary

Tieto Corp. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement data-driven services on our Lakehouse Analytics platform. You will work with diverse teams of developers and customer experts to deliver high-quality data solutions that improve patient care and health outcomes.

Qualifications

Several years of professional experience in software development.
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL or other relevant languages.
Hands-on experience developing data-driven solutions and working with big data technologies.
Experience with cloud-based solutions, preferably within Azure.
Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

Develop and design data-driven services and solutions for the Lakehouse Analytics platform.
Collaborate with top-level developers and customer experts.
Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks, Azure Synapse or Spark.
Contribute to AI literacy and responsible AI usage within company policies.
Communicate effectively in English and Finnish with stakeholders.
