Job summary

Tieto Caretech in Finland is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead data-driven service deliveries across complex technology environments. You will act as the main contact for customers and collaborate with delivery management, product management and development teams to ensure successful outcomes for European markets.

Fluency in Swedish and/or German and English is required, together with ITIL expertise and experience with data platforms and cloud environments in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

Service delivery management experience of data centric solutions.
Fluent ITIL knowledge.
Fluency in Swedish and/or German, as well as English, is required for this role.
Experience of data platforms and cloud environments
Experience of healthcare industry

Responsibilities

Leading service deliveries and act as a key contact person towards customers
Your focus will be in service deliveries in Swedish- and German-speaking European markets
Ensuring the success of our customers in their operations with our deliveries
Continuous development of our operations together with colleagues in delivery management, product management and development teams
Building relationships inside the organization to promote active collaboration
