Nordea Group seeks a Senior Risk / Lead Risk Expert in Credit Risk Control and CRO Delegates. You will oversee credit processes, coordinate with the 1st line, and contribute to risk framework updates across Nordic operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent English in professional contexts.

• Willingness to lead initiatives and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform or lead oversight activities of credit process and credit quality.
• Work closely with the 1st line of defence and stakeholders to support solid credit risk management.
• Participate in information requests to local FSA, External Auditors, ECB and other ad hoc tasks.
• Build and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders within Nordea.
• Involved in decision-making in credit committees to ensure risk framework compliance.
• Actively advise and support business on credit-risk matters.
• Participate in updating internal credit guidelines and industry credit policies.
